In cooperation with the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences with study centres in Wolfenbüttel, Braunschweig and Wolfsburg, E.ON Energy from Waste offers the opportunity of combining studies and training sensibly.

This dual study course is currently offered in the following fields of specialisation:
 

• Mechanical engineering combined with a training as mechatronic technician

• Electrical engineering combined with a training as mechatronic technician 

• Business administration combined with a training as industrial business management assistant 
  

Your career starts with an introductory practical unit with E.ON Energy from Waste AG at the Helmstedt plant to acquire the basic knowledge and intensify it for subsequent start of studies at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences with study centres in Wolfenbüttel, Braunschweig and Wolfsburg.

In addition to the theoretical study semesters, the eight-semester study course includes several on-job training semesters and practical training units during the semester breaks to intensify the newly acquired theoretical bases in the form of projects.

The theoretical and practical training contents for completing the integrated vocational training are conveyed in only two practical semesters at the E.ON Energy from Waste AG training centre.
