Extensive know-how in the fields of power plant engineering and electrical engineering is indispensable for understanding the highly complex waste incineration plant technology. Against this background, the field of mechatronics for instance presents a new interdisciplinary approach.
 
E.ON Energy from Waste trainees work in the company right from the beginning. Theory can therefore be immediately put into practice.
 
80 trainees are currently employed by E.ON Energy from Waste, which means that over 10% of the total number of employees is in training. This is well above the average figure in German industry.
